...I will be working in my community school on my favourite farm in Bukidnon, Mindanao. I will have spent years in Tanzania, not only teaching, but shadowing my friends' projects in Kenya and Malawi and will have enough knowledge and experience to create my own holistic learning centre in a place i love, in a community I love, back in the Philippines.
My ex-student, Ikuno, who headed up my environment council in Manila back in 2008, will be working for the Japanese government to try to help them come up with creative solutions for this food crisis. She will be the hope for the country; the visionary and diplomat with the solutions. And she will send me an email, and I will update after a day at the school on the farm.
