Ying Yang Butterfly
posted a Evoke Avatar List and asked me to do a post about my avatar:
From Wikipedia the Ying Yang symbol is used to describe how polar or seemingly contrary forces are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world. I turned it into a butterfly to show how that interconnectedness and interdependence can be a path to rebirth and taking flight.
I found this symbol many years ago, riding in NYC I saw it on a business door and immediately loved it. My friend helped me draw it.
I used my picture on linked in and facebook because that is the expected norm, but to me part of being a game is being able to do fun things like use an avatar.

I really like the idea a lot and think it is very creative. I agree with the theory of balance behind the Ying Yang as well. +1 Creativity.
