I heartily suggest the Disney movie "Meet the Robinson's" as essential for any innovator, inventor, and agent of change. yes it is a animated movie but the lessons in it are timeless. "Keep moving forward"
oh and A Day with Wilbur Robinson is a 1990 children's picture book (slightly expanded for a 2006 reissue) written and illustrated by William Joyce is what the movie is based on and it's great as well.

Norman left Harvard to lead Admiral Byrd’s dog teams on his expedition to Antarctica in the late twenties. He mushed dogs for the military, led daring rescue missions, even worked in advertising. He eventually landed in Alaska. Practically homeless, he performed menial jobs to get back on his feet and back on a sled. Norman would race in thirteen Iditarods — his first while in his seventies.
@Pradip - Nice post - I agree with you that the Evoke Network that we all belong to did not fail. This ARG is thriving and doing well. However int he graphic novel, Eureka does fail in the mission to spread the home made windmills, even through she inspired the child at the end. And thats ok, because through failure we learn, we innovate and next time we try we have a better chance at success.

Failure is OK, as long as you learn from it and ...you don't make it a habit...
