This fully living system cruised the ports of NYC in 2009, growing food for a small group of people and providing space for 5 people to live comfortably on a barge.

Hmm... now I'm wondering whether floating barges be used to bring food to areas that might be facing acute food shortages!

There's a higher quality version on my www.youtube.com/amoration page, sorry this one is so choppy but needed to get the filesize down for upload. TheWaterpod is now decommissioned but it was great to see this concept show up at the end of Episode 2 Evoke!
