Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

My "evokation" for helping the poor girls, who do the prostitution for getting money

My evokation for helping the poor girls, who do the prostitution for getting money, get rid of such dangerous and disrespect work and help them to get new life.

I get the idea of my project from what I have done during the period of this game of evoke. I help the women to abandon prostitution.http://www.urgentevoke.com/profiles/blogs/two-students-help-four-women
Four Women stopped the prostitution and have the hope to gain more in a new life.
http://www.urgentevoke.com/profiles/blogs/four-women-stopped-the
. This comes back to me always in my Heart; I can understand the success of my recall that I received in this game. There are people who eat to live and people who live to eat, frankly, the women that I helped, they live with honor and pride to give up prostitution even if they are poor but they are friendly and have an expectancy life wherever in the heaven and earth. What impresses me is that they seek any possible means, how they can be the first to exploit other women who do this dangerous and disrespect work to exchange their bodies with money. Yes, this is a good idea but we must be sure for their daily needs, they need to eat, dress, where to sleep ... so I decided to continue my unfinished work to monitor and support these women. I made this small project hoping to have 1000 dollars I'll put into action immediately and this project will be the solutions of certain needs of these women. This budget (money) is less for the rich and great for those who do not have, little is more than nothing. My vision is that as I will have lots of means coming through my efforts or funding, I will help many prostitutes, my dream is to eradicate prostitution (selling body) from the poor girls in search of something’s for living throughout the country. I still plan to find benefactors to help me to complete this journey of love and I think to have good hearts If will have the chance to go to Washington.

General introduction of laying hens

This paper illustrates a business plan on the activity of laying hens which aims only to produce eggs.
The purpose of this project is to give my contribution to egg production of eggs for food for our country knows when population growth, which obviously explains why the requests for food, regional integration in the East African Community events that dating by foreigners in various fields. For this fact, hotels, bakeries, restaurants and so on need (eggs) so that imports are the solution to this deficiency cons. The products (of course the eggs) will preferably be sold in Kigali and Butare.

1. SUMMARY OF BUSINESS PLAN

Project Name: Farming and Livestock progress
Project Title: Project of laying hens.
Sponsor Name: Jean de Dieu IYAMUREMYE
Legal Status: Single Project for help
Location: Butare, Rwanda
Project Duration: 5 years
Type of project: Livestock
Activity: Raising hens to produce eggs (spawn only).

Objective:-to develop my ability and ability to produce a citizen come and meet the nutritional needs instead of always resorting to products of foreigners. This is because day to day, the Rwanda-Uganda border is crossed by thousands and thousands of eggs, which shows the weaknesses of Rwandans in the field.
-Facing the competition that awaits us as a nation newly incorporated in the East African Community fingers because our country does not import but still use its own products and even export.

Market: The market for products of this company is largely the Capital of our country: Kigali because it features a variety of hotels, great restaurants, bakeries and many wealthy people to say who are able to obtain it. It is the center of the country to say all over converges and there are ways to trade.

Project Goal:is to produce eggs by the techniques and experiences that I have combined means that I will benefit from the World Bank. This production will contribute significantly to the domestic market because much of the eggs consumed in Rwanda from abroad specifically to Uganda. It is a great tool to balance demand and supply of eggs in the market.

Attractive factors in the field of activity

• First is little competition in the region, and generally in the same country causing incessant imports of eggs almost every day.
• The technical mastery that I will allow me to pass the performance
• The cost of production compared to the selling price shows a net interest margin, in favor of the environment in which I engage in the activity and this walk and forecasts of future work.
• Product quality is a factor in the sense that the eggs must have a cock to avoid consisting break anyhow and yellow must be present, this due to diet.
• Finally comes the march is a very important element in this activity and what that part, it appears that the
market is limitless: in rural than in urban areas, there are always needs.

Factors determining the success of the activity

• Price Rating: activity in question in which I have experience.
• The environment: The environment is a significant factor as to the southern region of the country daily
temperatures are characteristic of drought and the air is dry.
That means less risk of catching diseases such as influenza and others who attack the throat. Then, comes the water quality and quantity in the region in question: what is an important element for the east essential for feeding poultry.

Market: The winch of 30 eggs costs 3.5USD and compared to the cost of production is far lower; there is a way to count the benefits.

• Marketing strategies: Marketing Depot

Le Marche
Now, quantity is also sold in large percent is still imported. What you see by minibus taxis, buses that cross the main day to day Rwanda-Uganda border. All give his show a low domestic productivity in eggs.

Additional
the products I'm going to put on the market is that the egg. This kind of balls are given by elliptic elements of poultry (hens, turkeys, ducks, hawks, all birds) to humans and those given by some: Chickens, turkeys, ducks are used as foods that are rich in protein, fat and vitamins of various sorts, hence the reason for their consumption.

Request
Just imports explain the smallness of the quantity produced internally, which encourages this activity because the more consumers believe the nutritional needs go together and there is always need of the application.

Customers
Hotels, restaurants, motels, bakeries are virtually daily claimants for this product is used for
various preparations of food: bread, omelets, mayonnaise, etc.et individuals who want to prepare their households.

A****sment of demand
Being in contact with wh***sale customers who informs me that the amount available on the market today is much less than that required to satisfy customers. This is because the increased production from arithmetically (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 ...) Contrary to the public and consumers in general who believes geometrically (2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 ...). This analysis explains an indirect but clear decision to invest in my
business.

Production forecast
this led me to believe that even if I start with 150 chicks, with time I'll increase the number each year. Hens that have completed their business, they are also sold to be used in hotels and restaurants such as beef. Their cost is estimated 5USD per hen. As strategies to protect my market share and the fight against the breakdown of my business, I'll use:
-The improvement of the quality of the product for the technical
-The increase in production capacity to mitigate the lack of product.

N.B: I suppose this project in five years, only to have a view of progression but this is sustainable and continued project even after five years. And I think, it’s a good project which I investigate 1000USD and in one yearwe will get 3010 USD.

Personal, women and community interests

-Generate revenue

-Job creation to me, women (abandoned prostitution) and community in region

-mobilise community to interact in small project which generate income, by using available resources in region.

-interaction of women (abandoned prostitution) with different people of different cultures

- Empowering gender (human resource with gender balance)

- Environment protection (promote the use of organic fertilizer (manure) instead of chemical fertilizers)

The success of this project will change the life of many girls and women, and for me, I will met many persons, small percentage from it for covering my needs and especial honor of help.

Hopeful to accomplish my vision.

Hello friend, please do not forget to tag it "evokation". whre in Butare will the farm be exactly? in the city or outside? do you already have the infrastrucutre? otherwise, how much would it cost to buy ot rent?
Wold it be possible to get support form the City Council?
Will the farm the home for the prostitutes?
Aren`t you affraid that people (pimps) get mad at you for ruining their bussiness? I ask you because, even in USA when you mess up with prostitutes you get stabed or shoot !!! careful man!

Thank you Rojas. exactly, the farm will be in Butare( small town) waiting to be extended by creating the branches in the wh*** country when I get enough fund. I am still a student and I live in the campus but where the four women ( abandoned prostitutes) live there is a ground to build the infrastructure and in the budget there is a small amount of it. Please, read this http://www.urgentevoke.com/profiles/blogs/two-students-help-four-women and this one http://www.urgentevoke.com/profiles/blogs/four-women-stopped-the . Be blessed

Thanks for your quick reply L J D :-)
I think your evokation will gain more strengt if you talk about the infrastructure, you figured out the sells and the production forecast, which are outstanding. But you could tell more about what is there now, at the start, so they can almost touch it and see it, they well may pick your project for the prize.

Have you seen this: Immobilization + Need in working capital: 1000USD Here in Rwanda the situation is too different with yours. I am sure I will construct a small infrastructure because I am an Engineer.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
