What is to Innovate
I find people talking about innovation all the time and sometimes wonder if they are actually understand what it means to be innovative. Innovation comes with creativity, perseverance and commitment among other things like acceptance. People have different opinions and any social innovator must know this. One can not become innovative if they are not creative enough. the major hindrance innovators face is shortage of resources.
Its most likely that one will face opposition from people with divergent opinions, on the other hand one needs to bring these opposition on board and let them give their ideas about what and how they want something done.if no agreement is reached then it would be better to look at the brighter side of how the innovation will benefit the persons who it is being created for.
Getting the attention of people is so far the hardest things to do, but with a positive attitude and commitment we will always turn out to be our own super heroes.

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
