A crash course in changing the world.
First I tought about doing a solar charger for something that I use every day, like my cellphone. Then I started thinking about how to do it, so I asked to myself: where can I find a solar cell? The answer was very simple: from a garden solar lamp (You can't find solar cells in the stores in Mexico like in the states) like the ones you find in Home Depot.
Then, the only thing to do was to take the solar cell from the lamp, and - some how - put it on the charger. Shouldn't be so hard.
The problem was that I had to travel from thursday to monday to Mexico city and I didn't have the time to do it.
Anyway, I like the idea so I'll try to do it these weekend (eventhough that is Earth Hour and I'm going to give away some flyers about it and trow a party to celebrate it) I'll do the solar charger and the next mission hopefully.
Any way, I found these webpage about how to do it, so it's going to be a challenge.
