ThinkTank (Perspective)
Inspired by Andrew Gan's discussion post about generating ideas together I have decided to create a series of discussions which will be titled: ThinkTank. The goal is for people who are interested, to share and discuss their ideas with the group.
This weeks topic is gaining perspective. Mission #1 was all about seeing/understanding the other side; imagining what life would be like to live on 2$ a day--to be poor to be hungry to not have clean water. I as a well to do middle class white American male, I can try and imagine what it would be like, but I know that imagining isn't enough. For me to truly understand, I need to feel it. I know that my position isn't unique so how can we gain perspective, I have some answers but I want to see what other people have to say first.

Hi, I've read this and thought about it. This is very good to start, but I'd like to see you expand more details about this perspective then we can see and understand this serious situation that people are in right now. The details we expect to see from you are:
1. Location.
2. Description of your chosen location.
3. Background about you or a person who is like that.
4. Problem(s)
I think you might not need to explain about yourself because it ruins this idea. So, just leave it out.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat. public servants
