A crash course in changing the world.

Episode 5 CODE PHRASE: "The poorest person in the world is not the one without money but one without vision."

It's an old Ghanaian proverb: "The poorest person in the world is not the
one without money but one without vision."  What do you think this code phrase means to the EVOKE Network?

I think it means that poor people in the world do get to see or experience the things we do in the world today.

I think this code phrase means that if you don't have a vision, you can't do anything and that makes you poor.

I think this means that having money doesn't make you "rich" in emotional or mental or even social/physical terms, but if you have money it's fine. The bad part is if you have money but don't DO anything with it for the greater good of people other than you. Then you are poor and cannot truly make a mark.

If you do not have a vision you have no purpose. You need something to strive for, without this you can noot do anything.

I think the code phrase means that if you don't have money your not poor. If you have vision, you will have a goal and to keep trying but if you dont have vision you are lacking in all of those things.

I think this code phrase means is that people shouldn't worry about money and think about they should always keep an open mind. Also that you are poor when you have no imagination not when you have no money so the Evoke members need to have ideas if they want to succeed.

To me this phrase means that if you do not see the beauty in life, then you are the poorest because there is beauty in the world it doesn't only come from money. Beauty can come from within you or another person.

I think the code means, some people are porr phisically but if you dont see the beauty in life (like Sydney said) you are poor spiritually and mentally.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
