A crash course in changing the world.

"Try living for a week on $2 a day."
This is a point what most people would not be able to reach, food alone in the western continents is all you would buy with this allowance and that is a sad thing. But if you can still try to cut down on your costs, go by everything you need for daily usage and oil down the list to the bare minimum. Then learn to go with these kinds of limitations and find out yourself what is needed and what is not.
There are countless aspects where you can cut down costs and I will note down two that worry me the most personally.
For example drinks are too expensive in markets. The amount a normal person needs to drink on a daily basis would be put next to making a two to three person meal cost wise. So why do you actually need all these kinds of drinks? Well you dont, you can get away with just drinking water. Drinking tea for example netts me a total cost of a few cents per week, compare this to drinking atleast one bottle of <put brand here>.
Cook for two or more people, sharing costs is not the big saver here but the costs of making a one person meal are roughly the same as a two person meal. Supermarket portions around here are all sized in factors of two, if you wanted to cook for one you would eat the same for two days or in my case still munch it away thus eating for two at the end of the day...
