Well, no problem for your desktop.
For what concerns the video, it depends. Not from me, of course, but I just grabbed the pictures from the internet and didn't ask Magritte or Salgado if I could use them :)
I guess you can, provided it is for non commercial use.

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
