Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

Buenos Aires, April 15, 2020

A new bank is opening today in my community,
it has it's own currency, it's own barter system,
and it's a non profit corporation.

After people got tired of the psychopath banksters around 2012,
the complementary currencies and community owned banks,
the LETS systems and the computer assisted barter systems got trendy,
remember when we were the "goy" of the financial industry?

The bank is called the People's Bank, apparently an off-spin of Freedom,
the resilient communities network, which my city is a member of.

The People's Bank serves the wh*** community
and it solves the problem of financial terrorism.

In the inauguration the people were throwing flowers to the neo-bankers,
interesting times...

I live just down the road from Lewes, and know a little about the Lewes money. It didn't seem to go very well - most of the pounds were snapped up by collectors, and they reckon that over 50% of the pounds produced are no longer in circulation because of this collecting craze! I suppose that this will always be a problem for money of all kinds, but that it will wear off as the novelty fades. But I think it kind of crippled the effectiveness of the Lewes money, certainly! (Note that this is local gossip, and not necessarily fact - I am ready to be proven wrong...!)

If money then turns into something digital that you can own in numbers and then look at all versions for free in a screen, wouldnt be collectable. What?

Apologies for seeming negative with my comment. I guess my point was that there will always be unforeseen issues to be overcome, and in this case, the biggest problem came from a completely unexpected corner: collectors. I think it's funny sometimes the challenges that are given us, and it is always interesting to see how people overcome them.

I was thinking about this idea the other day. It is possible to print and create individual currency. It would be even cheaper if it was all digital. That way cost stay low. Lots of ways could be made to make sure the bank makes a profit on the old and new market. Great Idea overall.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
