This is a very good point that most are unaware of. People should read"The White Man's Burden" by William Easterly to understand this situation and "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" by John Perkins to understand the methods used to achieve such exploitative and fraudulent positions, (note I say this even though I believe they are involved in this game project). As this game is about helping and innovative change, it's important to understand the entrenched systemic obstacles we face.

Excellent, yes. This game is in fact paid for entirely by the World Bank, and it runs entirely under its auspices. Its very interesting that they choose to do so, knowing that there are millions of people who are readily critical of the Bank's impact on the third world. Good selections for the books! You should blog about them so I can give you points for Knowledge Share and so on.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
