A crash course in changing the world.
Well in Evoke its saying that the people who own the land can and will destroy it for money and nobody can fix it until they stop so they need to help the owners learn about what they are doing wrong and how to fix it
When you do bad things that destroy a city people, or a region, then it can't be rebuilt while you're destroying it. After all, the new things will just keep falling down.
It's an old Kenyan proverb: "A house cannot be repaired when the owner is destroying it". This quote means that if something keeps getting hurt it can never truly be repaired.
I think that the quote means that how can you try to fix something if you aren't 100% ready to change, or contribute positively to the problem.
if you destroy something at the same rate as it is being repaired nothing will be acheived or if you destroy something you will not repair it because you made the decision to destroy it.
I think it means that something cannot be fixed if the person in charge is destroying it.
I think it means that whoever owns the house can't repair it because they are destroying it.
I think this quote means that if many people try to repair and build something back up, it wont get fixed if you keep knocking it down.
