Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

Dear fellow Agents, we're going up to the 3rd week of EVOKE. I think it might be time we spice the game up a bit :)

A lot of us have been thinking of ways to take the game off the Internet, one way or another, preferably through actions to help reach certain goals : farming and farmpunk, information and knowledge management...One thing we haven't done yet however, is attracting attention to our projects through the traditional media around us - they're not as participative as our Internet, but they can reach a very big audience in a matter of minutes.

So this week, go on and play EVOKE, help people reaching their goals, network, think of the future...But also take some time e-mailing or calling the local office of radio stations, TV channels, newspapers, get the word out ! The more people know about EVOKE, the more people will come in, the more will have a chance to be able to meet the ambitious objectives of the program.

I kicked my week off by sending an e-mail to a local newspaper which some of you might have in your country called 20 minutes - I'm planning to try and reach radio stations and TV channels in one way or another during the week :) What about you ?

Good luck !

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.

Where I will be in ten years.

Ten years from now I will be in a political job assisting with people in the midlands of South Carolina particularly the rural working class and farmers. As the class of people that feed the nation I find that it is imperative that we assist with making sure they produce as much food as possible. I would like to support local scientists as well that are leading in research on how to produce food more efficiently. I will also be participating in missions to foreign countries to help people with…See More

India Water home

The secret was living on the water via boats common in many developing countries like Myanmar. This is a real Indian boat home made of wood and this provides a shelter for many peoples around the world.
