In a crisis, people need to realize that there isn’t one person who knows what is happening and why. A lot of people have different ideas as to the who, what, when, where, why’s, and some of them conflict. You need to get several views
from several different parties, and get a general consensus from there. If you
realize that there isn’t one answer, you can try to find the general happenings
of the situation.

People value what they own. They always take better care of their own things than someone else’s, especially if it is important to them. If you take something, like a rainforest, and make it important to the people around it, the people there will protect it. If the resource can make a profit, there’s even more reason to protect it. People also should take pride in their resources. It’s not every day…
