Global Warming? Blech! Global Cooling!!!

Many of you have seen or heard about the videos of Al Gore. Many of you might agree with him. Well, today I want to talk to you about the other side: Global Cooling. While Al Gore keeps hammering away at the climate, telling that polar bears are drowning, and ice caps are melting, The is another person, who advocates, what I think is, something closelier resembeling the truth. This is Lord Monckton. In his speeches and conferences he talks about the cooling of the planet, not the warming, and… Continue

Desertification of cities

My plan for 2020 is to turn shopping malls into small deserts. This would not even be all that costly or logistically impossible. Since the desert is the exact opposite of the ocean and water, it is a good way to get everyone attention on the desertification of the world, and the lack of water. The sand will also give a nice color to the malls, making them look like beaches... without any water. There could also be stands selling bottles of water, of which the profits go to the fight against… Continue

The Lifesaver

Clean drinking water is one of the biggest problems human kind is facing right now. 2 Million kids die every year, because the do not have acces to clean drinking water. This can be helped. Mchael Pritchard has developed the Lifesaver: a bottle sized filter that can sterilize even the filthiest water, and it does this at less than half a cent a day. However, funding and general awareness are low, meanng that he can not fully utilze the power of the Lifesaver. For this, I plan to set up a… Continue

Simplicity without Manuals

Easy usage is the most important thing that we can include if we want to have an impact on the world. Why would people take the time to read an extensive manual for a new machine or development? This is why, on top of trying to create cheap solutions to the problems, we need to make them simple and transparent so that their use can spread. This way the people who are using it will be able to explain it to their neighbors, which will be vital to the success of whatever new invention we provide.… Continue

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
