empowering a woman

For the act portion of my mission, I chose to empower my younger sister by helping with her math homework that she just couldn’t seem to understand. After I broke down each problem to her she was no longer oppressed by the problem but instead empowered.

implementation

The second thing that I was asked to do was to perform the act of currency. For my act of paying it forward I worked for a co-worker on my day off because he had injured his foot and no one wanted to cover his shift.

pay it forward

For My Mission I was asked to help invent money for the future. In response to my mission I thought it would be beneficial is the world created a system that was built on paying it forward. By paying it forward each person would get paid for a selfless act of kindness that would in turn create a domino effect of kindness. Although this idea was already implemented in the move Pay it forward, I feel that this would be a form of currency that would never run out and would ultimately unite the… Continue

Clean Water Awareness

What I decided to do as my action is spread the awareness of swap from Kenya west Africa. Swap is an organization that helps advocate against the spread of HIV. In the program they make water treatments and other products available for those who are in need. And as my act I will contribute in the spread of awareness of the program.

power player

For my object that I use every day I would power my car by the energy the environment. That way besides the hybrids that already exist this would be a way to make sure that cars would always remain eco friendly.

i'd say the biggest problem to food security after doing research would be global warming. this is affecting our food supply by the inconsistant wreather patterns and in turn affects our eco system. this is very important to our food chain because everything has it's time to bloom and with all of the climate change the reproduction of animals are not what they use to be. more animals are dying as the water begins to rise. today some of the solutions that are in effect now are watching are… Continue

the hero i decided to follow on facebook is Wycleaf Jean. He is originally from Haiti and ever since he came out to the states has never forgot about his native land. Although he has been very successful with his music career, he has done continuous charity work to raise awareness and money for the impoverished land. #6: If you want to make something 10 times cheaper, remove 90 percent of the material. I picked this as my secret because i feel that if we took a deeper look into things then we would be able to solve some of the under linning problems. i believe to truly solve a problem you must remove 90% of it's layers. by doing so it will creat an openness as to what we do not see.

Favortie Secret

#6: if you want to make something 10 times cheaper, remove 90 percent of the material. i picked this secret because i feel that in order to really experience something you must remove majority of the layers. In our world today part of it's problem is that it is covered and not stripped down to it's roots. i feel that this will be a way to change things because it will allow us to get to the meat of any problem.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
