A crash course in changing the world.
Earlier, it was theorized that in the 21st Century, feeds mainly on pills.. But today, food is an expression of culture, creativity and reflects our personality and status.
So I do not see any entire new food on our dining tables. Nevertheless some food will change, like ’functional food’, but most will stay the same.
Well, I see myself in a small restaurant serving only local and seasonal food. And they are using fresh herbs from their own garden to refine the food. This restaurant gets its ingredients from local farmers and uses only the meat of known origin. The meal, which I choose, comes from an old family recipe and is always freshly prepared, no artificial flavors and no mass animal husbandry. The people pay more attention to what they eat.
It could look like this .. simple but still tasty.
