A crash course in changing the world.

Where are you? Who are you eating with?
Im at home, in Linköping, In Sweden. With me are my wife and the two children 17 and 10. It's summer and were wondering at the pace of life in the early summer sun on our small agriplot.

Where did your food come from? How did you get it?
The food would come from one of our agriplot and from farmlands close to Linköping. Mostly vegetables, but also still partly meat. The meat is either wild meat, or that it's a due for good service, or on our limited quota of meat.

Who prepared it? What is the dish called? What does it taste
like?
Quite possably it would still be Meatballs and potato. I think i would have made it, even tho i like my wifes dish better, somehow she's ot a better hand, or more experience from before we married. But i try to do my part. With my luck I will probably have spiced the dish with some of our grown rosmary from our small patch of agriplot. Also where we might have grown our small batch of potato.

it's odd, that sometimes a little effort of growing things oneself and knowing the farmers and buying foodstuff from close farmland can reduce effects on the enviroment, along with the necessity to restrict the consummation of meat's and per chance have a quota on buying meat to not have the farm animals increase the greenhouse situation.

Who knows.. one day..

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The meal

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
