Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

The goals of the EVOKE network is to inspire creative solutions to the world's problems, to create awareness of problems and their potential
solutions and to create a forum for the agents of EVOKE to add their
voices, ideas and creativity to the global discussion. The members
represent all nationalities and age groups who share a common
purpose: to learn more about how they can help solve the world's
problems and to manifest their visions and dreams, not only in the
world of EVOKE, but in the real world. The ethics of being a good
EVOKE agent are to participate in the community of EVOKE by checking
out other agent's work, giving them points for projects you feel show
particular thoughtfulness and ingenuity and starting and maintaining
dialogues about the problems you are all trying to solve.

This is an ideal world. But in truth, there are some glitches. While EVOKE encourages us to preserve indigenous knowledge and empower
women, those who are participating in EVOKE must be able to read and
write, and quite often, on a college-level. Some of the links we are
asked to read are lengthy and academic, and I believe this would be a
real challenge to people who don't have a firm grasp of the English
language or even native English speakers who don't have a college
education. Besides the link that encourages you to vote for other
agents, there are no missions or quests that encourage dialogue or
collaboration betweeen EVOKE members. I was shocked when a fellow
EVOKE agent chose to shadow me and thought this captured the true
spirit of EVOKE, to support and engage with other EVOKE members and
to give credibility and merit to them based on their work within
EVOKE. By empowering each other, we help to bring out more ideas and
creativity, create networks and bonds that might result in real
solutions to very real problems. That, I believe, is the true goal
of EVOKE.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
