What I will pass on when I'm 100
When I'm 100 years old my indigenous knowledge I would pass on is only lead people into not only what you can do, but what you will do with them. Telling people to do something can be done by anyone with a voice. But really leading people through something being with them in the hard times and the good, is when people truly learn and follow someone. So whether is being a leader militarily, being a school teacher, or even a coach lead those you are trusted with through what needs to be done.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
