A crash course in changing the world.
10 years from now I hope we have more farmer's markets in Phoenix. While I only live 6 miles from downtown, its hard to shop only at this farmer's market. Maybe in the future I can make a salad with vegetables I purchased over a week ago thanks to new ways to keep foods fresh. When working 50+ hours a week I doubt I can eat only the few crops I have in my yard, but perhaps I could if they could stay fresher, longer.
