best way

As far as I am concerned, the best way to share urgent information in crisis is to open a special program, probably it be called 911 or something like that. Those who get some urgent information and want to let public know can publish in this program, and people will easily to catch up with the latest information. The program can be appeared in diversy styles, like internet, TV, and radio.

i will call.....

Everyone pobably call 911 when they confront with some kinds of emergency, such as accidents. However, I do not think 911 will be that helpful and useful when a pandemic happens, because since it is a pandemic, there must be wide-spreading affected. If everyone calls 911, there will be too busy to answer the call, and problem may not solve immediately.

I suggest to open lots of easily-remembered number like 123/or 111, and design numbers…
