Food Security in British Columbia
A study (1) has shown that many low-income families in British Columbia cannot afford healthy meals. In fact, for some families, more than 100% of their monthly income would be necessary to pay for food. In order to compensate for this, income assistance is available for families; additionally, food banks are available for families to use, though their stock of food is not always sufficient to keep up with demand.

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
