8 march barbecue

It's the beginning of spring. You can't tell this from the outside: snow and cold, people in coats, naked forest. What tell me, that it is spring again, is a rush in my blood and a sun in my window. And traditional 8 march barbecue in the forest near my house, we do it, I donno, 12 years in a raw already? Old friends and new friends, poartners, families, babies, all the closest community start to come, it's going to be a 25-30 people party. We are equipped with warm clothes, good foods,…

Eco Food Moscow

I've shared and promoted the Eco Food Moscow project with people in my network; word spread would boost the project thus supporting it and values behind it. I am going to continue supporting it within my community, set aside using it myself.

Food security: promoting and scaling local solutions

I live in Moscow, Russia. According to the latest research, 90% of

people do not experience anything close to starvation. About 25% people

are actually close to the obesity. Problem is different: lack of fresh

food, lack of minerals and vitamins, not enough information and tech

knowledge to grow eco food.

So from one point of view we have a surplus, which must help to the striving countries today and in the

future and Russia delivers food surplus to those in… Continue

2020 / Daily routine - food crisis problem - design thinking

Amazing, I can now recall, that we met exactly 10 years ago, soon after we have started a FuturoTok, a think tank of 3 passionate people with a deep wish for a better future, with a strong sense of belonging to much bigger process happening, listening to the voice inside. We wanted to create a network of authentic leaders, hold (un)conferences and…

Shai Agassi

I'de like to share a project that inspires me for some time already.

http://shaiagassi.typepad.com/ project and http://shaiagassi.typepad.com/ blog.

I first heard about Agassi' project at TED, he was speaking about converting countries from gasoline to electricity to end our addiction to oil. It just made me jump, beautiful, simple idea that is human, sustainable, great etc etc. A social… Continue

Social innovators are the drive engine of the desirable future

To my mind and feeling social innovator is someone, who lives on the boarder of personal and social, who sees the connection between his personal happiness and that of the planetary system; responsible for his actions in the long-run; expressing his individual voice and making small steps in his own life to make the wh*** world a little better place to live in; positive about problem solving, creates a desirable future, someone, who is not compromising values for money anymore, interpreneur… Continue

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
