Breaking News: Development of a strange Banking system called "The Cash-Barter system"
The Cash-Barter Bank (TCBB) is founded by the people of Igun, Nigeria to make money, material or service available to the common man.
The operation of the Bank is in a form of a middle man. Costomers are required to deposit material such as a portion of their harvest, points are given depending on the ratio of weight to actual market price of the commodity, and the point is eventually converted to either another material, money or services.
A cassava farmer can in every harvest deposit some Kg of Cassava tubers with the Bank. The Bank sells the cassava at a profit. It keeps the profit and deposit the remainder in the account of the costumer. Eventually, the costumer could convert his points into reall cash which he could withdraw depending on the duration of the contract.
This system is very advantageous to petty traders and farmers who find it very difficult to save money because of their very low income.
