A crash course in changing the world.
Today I became a fan of Craig Kielburger on Facebook

Craig and his brother Marc write a weekly column in the Toronto Star - Canada's largest subscription broadsheet national daily newspaper. They write about social justice issues largely in the developing world, but also challenging people in Toronto and Canada to take action for social justice in our own communities as well as around the world.

Marc & Craig Kielburger are two young men from Toronto, (33yrs old and 28yrs old respectively), who founded the Free The Children foundation and the related Me to We foundation
Their mission officially:
Free The Children empowers children in North America to take action to improve the lives of fellow children overseas. Our local leadership initiatives bring leadership and inspiration to tens of thousands of youth in the US and Canada. Our international projects, led by our adopt a village program, have brought over 500 schools and water projects to communities around the world.
What I love about this organisation is that they focus on reaching out to youth in North American cities and empowering them to see they can make a difference.
By the way I sent an e-mail to his facebook page introducing myself as an EVOKE agent and requesting to subscribe to the Free The Children newsletter. I hope to be kept more abreast of their activities, and I'll definitely post here any of the responses that I get from either Craig or Marc.
