Act1 - Ali Yapicioglu
Hello Agents,
I have chosen to shadow Mr. Ali Yapicioglu, a partner at In Site architecture. I saw his talk while attending Ted RX Rochester in November 2009. I had the privilege of speaking with him after his presentation and was impressed by his commitment to permaculture in modern architecture. I shall post his TED RX Rochester talk to the video pages if it is still up.

Site: Architecture since 2001, during which time I.S:A has received seven “Design for Excellence Awards” from the American Institute of Architects – Rochester, New York Chapter. Prior to his formal studies in architecture in Istanbul and the U.S., Yapicioglu worked in the family trade as a stonemason in Cyprus. His experience in architecture ranges from small-scale residential through multi-million dollar commercial, institutional and historic preservation projects. Sustainability and sensitivity to context consistently guide his hand in design.</i>
I shall shadow him by contacting him via email and try to arrange a visit to his studio. If i can Ill take pictures , record my meeting with him and post a transcript of podcast.

Hey Ali,
I also wrote about permaculture, so I gave you a point for sustainability. Well, I am hoping that it will lead to sustainability, anyway!

HI Lee, thanks... I don't think I'll be mentoring under Ali, as I am not an Architect but I will be visiting the studio and talking with him about sustainable design.
I shall posts the results up on Evoke.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat. public servants
The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
