Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

Alternative Currency is the currency that is used in certain areas. There are lots of type of Alternative Currency like Barter, BerkShares, Bitcoin, Bristol Pound, Brownie points, Calgary Dollars, Community Exchange System, and there are more. Barter is a exchange system that trade items. Micro finance means that you ask people to loan to money to open their business or etc.

The pros of Alternative currency is that, it benefits the local economy by buying local products from store inside the town. So the money keep circulates because the money cannot be used outside the town.

The cons is that we cannot use the currency in other town so if I go to other town I am not able to buy products by using the currency.

Whats good about Micro Finance is that when you don't have money you can just loan money from the people. Whats bad is that if you loaned the money and you haven't payback yet on the deadline then they will ask you to give more but if you still can't pay it back then they will do something really bad to you like closing your business or make you go to prison.

In my english class we tried out the alternative currency/ exchange system. First, my teacher Mr. Brian Jackson let us choose a place to sit but in each sit there is a certificate. I sat down and saw my certificate. Some people got money but some got something else. We had two group and one group must have more certificate to get points. We also can make money so there were jobs that Mr. Brian made. It wasn't a must, it was our choice to decide whether we want to make money. If me I decided to do it so I got money. With the money we had to buy certificates from Mr. Brian but you could also buy from your friends or trade. My group had more certificates because we had more money by combining our money and also we thought before we do something. It was fun and a experience for me what is like to do the exchange system. I now know better than I knew before after doing this. I learned that we could combine our money or ideas as a community to do something.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
