Clean Water Plan

Currently the Great Lakes provide water for 30 million people. Have you ever seen Lake Michigan, it's gross looking water. Obama recently just pledged $475 million to Rescue the Great Lakes. This plan includes cleaning the water, rescuing native species, and getting rid of the invasive species like the Asian Carp, which is destroying the Great Lakes. The Goal is to make the Great lakes like they once were, GREAT. I may not agree with everything Obama does, but this is a pretty good idea.
