Equality for Expression.

My "Secret" is -

1. Create “transparent” technologies, ones that are easily understood by the users, and promote local innovation.
   

This can't be taken literally in my case because, my issue or concern doesn't envolve technology precisely. However I think that if we were to switch “transparent” technologies with "trasparent programs" It works just as well. My "Program" per say is the widening of local entertainment and artistic audiences. Our current local communities do have artistic expression present in them, that is easy to see. How ever the expression is often viewed as either to "high class" like theatre or much to young and rebelous, for many members of the community to equaly appreciate and have access to. I think that every community should have a open and accepting outlet for Rap music and Jazz just as much as Indie rock. With this Ideal of equaltie among expression i plan to give communities a jump start in open expression.

In this plan I fully expect to work in my "Secret". Our role shouldn't be to micro manage and force communities into anything. We want simply to "Jump Start" thier want for community wide expression and to help them achieve it. From their the community should build their repotiar of expression to suit it's self. The reason it will suceed is because it won't be some outside view pushing in on the community. It will be a Perpetual movement of sorts, because the community will be helping certain parts of it's self. Soon each community's program will look diffrent because each community will have built it up diffrently.
