Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

WHICH great challenges and social problems should the EVOKE Network tackle next?

I would create a season that would create some scenarios that are much more likely to happen short term such as major earthquakes, flooding, volcano eruptions and terror attacks. There is a lot of information on these subjects, and I believe the EVOKE community could help unearth and create ideas that could be used to save lives in the short term.

Also, it would be fun to imagine some outrageous ideas as well such as a Mars mission gone wrong, an internet virus that brings down all technology connected to the internet, and Aliens make contact.

WHERE in the world should the network try to build up new EVOKE communities?

I would like to see EVOKE translated and offered in other languages to target different countries such as China, Japan and Korea.

WHO would you encourage to play Season 2?

By creating more reason to play and keep coming back. Adding a referral bonus to the game would help. Offering special abilities and powers to players that invite friends and family would be good, but rewarding them for every mission and quest completed by the person they referred would help encourage

HOW would you change the game for Season 2?

I would add a talent tree allowing players to earn special abilities and powers as they pick and choose their points. Players could get abilities such as being able to give out 2 power points, or give themselves extra power points. Another power could be group based, where all the friends of a particular player get an ability. I believe this would add more fun and make progression more interesting.

WHAT new tools would you want as an EVOKE agent?

I would like to see a feature added to help EVOKE agents connect to other agents better. I would have enjoyed the game more if I had more real life friends in the game, but none of my friends were interested. It would have been nice to connect to others like me by searching for others that share my interests or by finding those that live near me.

Also, if apps were added for mobile devices, to encourage power voting would make the game more fun. I felt like this game would have been more fun if I had gotten more votes over the course. Anything to encourage the reading and viewing of evidence would be great.

WHY would you come back for a second Season? What more would you want from the
experience?

The certification really kept me going this time around. I find real value in being able to get a a free education and have it credible. I'd like to see that again in some form. Weekly prizes would increase efforts by many players as well and encourage players to go all out with their ideas.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
