I am learning about food
security right now and I was told to read this article. I found this
very interesting and shocking at the same time.
"When I was a child growing up in Zimbabwe, my grandmother used to go to the same
one-acre plot of land each day and work long and exhausting hours.
When I asked her why she put herself through this, she replied: "This is how I wake up every day, this is how I survive.""

This map looks pretty cool. It shows the prevalence of undernourishment in Africa, Asia, and South
America. It can easily be noticed that in many parts of Africa, the
undernourishment is high which means that millions of people starve
each day in Africa. Also, in Asia and South America there is
undernourishment but it is not as high as Africa.
Looking at this map makes me feel a little upset. To see that so many people don't
even have a regular diet makes me want to do something for them. I can
only pray that they can have a better future. I hope their situation
gets better.

The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
