Health, Freedom and Life

Therefore to allow all living to have a chance to succeed in this world, achieve what we want them to achieve and be an active member of the world community our goal should be to assist basic health- Mental and physical. I am a big believer in progress, happiness and positive thinking, as well as realistic means of dealing with what life throws at us.
People are suffering everyday from all types of health issues; stress, cancer, malnutrition, depression and much more. Whether we live in a 'wealthy' nation such as the United States or a struggling economy such as the Central African Republic we all often face barriers in our daily lives due to health conditions.
Some are easier to improve than others, which I respect but we must all respect the struggle we all face and work together not to argue the level of seriousness, but support each other to fight our struggles. Charities and many global organisations have been set up to help people facing specific problems. Do not ignore them, support and seek them in your time of need. We all want to be brave, but sometimes we all need to give in to the human need for help and allow human contact to help us rise above. Sharing love does not make you weak, but makes you better. Give and whether or not you receive return, feel you have achieved a better life for someone else.
With Health as a struggle, I look to understand any other with a pain. I have been sick for over a year now, obscuring my sleep, daily life and ability to achieve so I know how it feels. Each day you try harder, but each day you hit a wall. To be healthy is to be free. To be free is to be able to do, be happy and make life that little bit easier! If your someone facing anything, do not give up! I've always been passionate to help others. Lets Evoke and change the way we do things and teach people the best we can what we can to help prevent health issues.

Fourth of July on the Lake

The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
