Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

Now, the EVOKE vs. Citizen X story is slowly unfolding, and it struck me today while talking with an AWAKE friend (off-EVOKE for security reasons):

What if Citizen X is infiltrating us? Or will do it?

"What if Citizen X is trying to divide us?" my friend asked me, and I started thinking about it.

How could Citizen X infiltrate us?
divide us?
pull our attention in certain directions, while ignoring others?

What do you think?

nice concept: citizen X

Citizen X could simply be representative of the barriers the world throws up to thwart those that wish to implement change.

In any endeavour there are always two sides to the story - Climate change has supporters and detractors, same with alternative energy and pretty much any cause that has the potential to get in the way of making money by the few over the wellbeing of the many. Citizen X IMHO could play any and perhaps all of those roles in the game looking to disrupt and act as a balance to the great work going on here...all part of the game no matter ho you look at it!

I always figured "Citizen X" was a metaphor, for a type of apathetic and selfish individual or group. Just a generic classification.

Its definitely a metaphor, placed by the creators of this site, for sensationalist media and an underground disruptive network. Given the fear-mongering and rabble rousing of our current media, probably not a bad concept to ponder.

As for the leader board and all that, I think they're just using Citizen X as an excuse to reprogram it into a more meritocratic system. Alchemy and the Urgent Evoke programmers ARE Citizen X, unless we decide to steal it from them...

Good point. From the comics, it seems like they're trying to show the internal conflict journalists have regarding how they relate to their subjects. Probably something the developers are WISHING current media entities would exhibit...

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
