A crash course in changing the world.
First of all, I think a social innovetor is someone who wants to change the world and continuing,my favourite secret is 16 or Paul Polak's number 2 secret. The secret is "Talk to the people who have the problem - and LISTEN to what they have to say". What the secret is trying to say is that, as a social innovater you to talk to the people dealing with the problem so you can understand the problem and anything relating to it better (because they would most likely knowmore about the problem). This problem could be revealed to show that it can be better or worse than what you think. Also, when you talk to those people, they will most likely give you their opinion about the problem and some might give opinions on how to solve it. They might also talk about effects, causes and other this relating to the problem which could give a better idea in understanding how to solve this problem. Overall, I really liked it because it gave the people that have this problem a chance to say something about it and a chance to express their feelings and thoughts about he problem. So if you come up with a solution, it will not just solve the problem, but
solve the effects of the problem to make the people who have it. Also if they mention any other problems from before this problem happened, your solution could become so much better that you can make the entire village, town, city etc. much happier than before.
