, is the best secret for innovation
You have a problem, and limited resources to solve it.
The first step is understand what the problem really is,
1.What is the seriousness of the problem of a scale from 1-10?
Should you be investing your time solving a level 6 problem, when you could be working on a more grave, level 9 problem?
2.How many dimensions are to the problem?
What are the different perspectives with which one can view the problem? The more angles with which you see the problem, the more innovative and wide reaching is your solution.
3.What are the possible solutions?
Are they culturally and economically feasible? Can they be accessible to all the people suffering? Or will they give rise to more severe problems?
Solving a water shortage in our neighborhood wont be much of a challenge, but this is Africa we are talking about. To go about this, the best method is to interview the people who are suffering from the problem for years, and really see it from their point of view.
To truly understand the problem, listen to the right people.
Everything else comes later.

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
