A crash course in changing the world.
In 2020, I'm sitting at my table in Orlando. I'm eating with my wife and kids. Most of the food on our table cane from the store (the pasta and spices being the main component) but the salad, it's ingredients, and the tomato's for the sauce all came from our garden. We prepared it together as a family, because we always have a spaghetti dinner on Friday nights. By growing as much of the meal as we can ourselves, and only using major staples that are cheap to produce (but impractical to produce on your own) we're working to create a more sustainable food security for ourselves.
