This means: I am able to say no to another person or to an adult when asked to do something that is wrong or dangerous or does not seem right to me.
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO HEAR WHAT IS BEING SAID AND A RIGHT TO BE HEARD.
This means: I should be able to talk when it is my turn, listen when another person is talking, and keep from shouting or making noise when people are talking or trying to listen.
I HAVE A RIGHT TO LEARN ABOUT MYSELF.
This means: I should be proud of the things I do well, try to learn well the things I must do, and keep from putting myself down or criticizing other people.
