My Role Models - Yes I picked two
Deb Levine - For my first role model I choose Deb Levine. Even in today's society sex is still a taboo subject in a lot of places. Young people have questions and either do not have someone to turn to and ask, or they are to embarrassed by it to ask. Ms Levine's ISIS website is a great start for young people seeking confidential answers and help to their sexual related questions and issues. Sexual education is such an important thing that every human on the planet needs to know and understand. Knowing our bodies and how they work, how to prevent the spread of STD's, and how to prevent unwanted pregnancies should be common knowledge for everyone. I bookmarked the ISIS website and I plan to check up on it on a regular basis to see what new info is posted,
Aviva Presser Aiden - My second role model is Aviva Presser Aiden. The presentation that she was a part of on Pop Tech was something that really caught my attention. Being able to provide low cost solutions for people who are in economical hardships is such an important thing that is over looked so many times. Sure its easy to create something that cost $10 that could improve the quality of someones life, but what if that person only has $2 or $1? I sent Ms Aiden a message through Facebook telling her about this assignment and requested to be her friend on there. I am still awaiting a responce from her.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
