Wow, that's insane. Obviously, the same is true in Pakistan and almost any other developing country.

I don't think that this song is necessarily criticizing politicians though, or at least, not only politicians. I won't say anymore, because I want to encourage a good discussion :D

I agree, though I think the situation in developing countries like India and Pakistan are especially bad, because people have the mindset that the government is there for ruling them, instead of serving them...

And I am beginning to understand you mean, the worst type of 'helping' you can do, is forcing others to live by your ideals. Its not only politicians, but everyone who is only driven by self interest is 'tearing the sky apart'.....

Am I wrong?Please say a bit more...

I adore Nirvana :) Most people would say that Switchfoot and Nirvana are completely different, but I argue that both of them are poets and fantastic musicians. Powerful indeed.
