Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

LEARN1: I chose "stay positive – don’t be distracted by what other people think (if there
were a need for it, the market would have already created it)"

The past few weeks have been stressful for me. It has not helped that I am living in a negative environment; it has only made things worse. I have not been able to enjoy the good things that have happened to me. I have fixated all the little bad things that have happened and allowed it to manifest into the ball of anger. It does not matter how it started or who fuel the fire, but what does is the result of this negative energy. It has cause me to do NOTHING! I just sit around sulk in my bad luck. I could have been doing something productive like cleaning, reading or doing homework just something.

Just imagine if everyone focused on the bad in their life nothing will ever be accomplished. We wouldn't have books, running water, light etc. So many things that we take for granted each day wouldn't be here had those people given up each time they were told no. So much could be done with positive thinking and hope.

Side Story:
A few years ago I had a photo essay to do for a photography class i was taking at the time. I chose to do my project on children in poverty. I found a family that lived off of welfare in the area I lived near back in my hometown. I visited them a several times and got to the know the children, fairly well. What touched me the most was how happy they were. They had close to nothing, but they weren't bothered by their living situation. They were always thinking about better days and thinking about the positive and not the negative. It amazed me that such young children could have the will to endure what they have and fully enjoy life.

As much as this may all sound like just so nonsense rambling, what I am trying to get to is that by staying positive you are able to do so much more. Not only for yourself but for others as well. Your positive thinking will rub of on them and it will start this cycle. This cycle will not only cause there to be more happy hopeful people in the world but it will also motivate them to make a difference and to help other. This thinking can lead to amazing solutions to great problems that are plaguing our world.

Thanks so much for sharing these insights, Tanya - they don't sound like nonsense rambling at all.

I really appreciate the way you link this secret of innovation to your own experiences, both now and in the past. It's certainly true that some of the most negative people I've known are those with so much...

Thank you for that post. This is the kind of thing I needed to read at this point in time, to be honest.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
