I'm learning more about Power Shift right now, and in particular what
I'm wondering about is what ways can we improve electricity? I was
researching this question online, and this blog post caught my attention
because of its title and its picture. Few girls in Harvard University
created a soccer ball that generates cheap electricity.
The
sOccket ball captures the energy from impact that is normally lost to
the environment when the soccer ball is kicked, dribbled, or thrown and
stores this energy for later use.
The quote I chose
here is basically saying that the sOccket ball captures energy when its
kicked dribbled or thrown. It stores the energy for later use.
I
think this is interesting because its a very cleaver way to generate
energy. It makes me wonder how else can we generate energy..
