So lets start off by congratulating all the people who have contributed to ideas about electricity generation. But lets give an overview of what a good idea needs to be.
1. Our power source needs to be consistent. we can't have power running only when the wind blows cause a lot of systems will crash i mean imagine if the Military, Police and key servers kept randomly shutting down, things like that cannot be tolerated. For an idea to be good it needs to supply power nearly 24/7.
2. Usage, we cannot have something that needs to consume something that will run out soon. else after spending millions on it it will be totally useless.
3. Cost, is it cost effective compared to other solutions out there? Because skeptics on things like climate change will be forced to agree with your solution because it is cheap.
4. Reliability, how reliable is it? will it get destroyed after a storm? what will happen to it in this condition? you have to ask yourself these things else it may have a big floor.
5. Safety, what is the chance something can go wrong? Can this have negative effects? Things like this are vital, I mean people don't like nuclear because it has the potential to be just like a nuclear bomb in your own country plus the waste is bad.
