A crash course in changing the world.
The community center .
The office is a whirl of activity. Some are preparing for our latest outreach program. While we have come a very long way, there is still much work to do to see that everyone has the opportunity for growth. Still others are looking at submissions for or latest grant awards. The ideas presented simply astound me and I cannot believe the dynamic and visionary ideas these innovators have presented. We all know that each one is worthy and yet we must choose a grand prize winner. I do not envy the task the selection committee has before them. As I enter my office, I shut the door. All the other distractions must wait as I prepare myself for the conference call ahead. These brainstorming and support sessions with the other development centers are invaluable to me and I want to be able to pour my all into them so that I might be able to give as much as I can. After all, they give me so much.
It is truly hard to believe all this started with a simple online experiment............

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
