The Vertical Farm Meal
So I'm taking this opportunity to build on my previous Imagine post about Vertical Farming...
In 2020, I will be eating a nutritious meal that it provided to all city subscribers. The business model of the vertical farm is built on a subscriber basis, where you pay a small monthly fee to have access to daily nutrious meals.
This meal, which I am sharing with my company for lunch, is a sushi meal. we have sashimi, maki and nigiri as well as a lovely japanese salad. All the food has been grown indoors using hydroponics and aquaponics. However, technology has evolved so far that this is the most eco-friendly farming technique possible to feed so many people - through less electricity used and the natural nutirents that are used to feed the plants. The fish are fed through natural recycled goods made from the waste of the plants...
This is a full lifecycle in motion :)

vertical farm sounds like a great idea - Is it something one can apply on large scale(hydroponic parks - sounds like it) ?;are you planning on taking it on a big scale ?[by the way good vision]

Fourth of July on the Lake

The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat.
