Unterstand the people understand the problem

At first, I want to say that there are not really 33 secrets in this text most of them mention the same things and are repeated from the various authors. Moreover, they are not really secret. I have heard most of them before and they apply to every region and problem just the environment changes.

Nevertheless, my favorite Point is “understand “.
Ethan Zuckerman said “Don’t fight culture”, Amy Smith said “Listen to the right people.”, and Paul Polak said “talk to the people who have the problem”.
This all means pretty much the same.

If you want to solve a problem for someone, you have to understand him and the problem. What does he do, and in what way, where is the problem? Is the water bucket to heavy, does it have a h*** and he is losing halve the water on the way home, is the way to long or does it just take too long? You can try to guess the answer or to solve all problems but at the same time, you could miss the important one. You could try to live like them and with them but even then, you don’t have a guarantee you solve their problem and not just yours. Understanding is the founding point in every solution-finding project. Whatever the problem maybe and however the solution looks like.
So is talking and listening the answer? Sadly, it’s not that easy. Everyone has problems but we are not always s aware of our problems and even the ones we know of we have problems to explain and describe them. I think I’m quite good at understanding others and that greatly helps me solving their problems. A lot of failures on market and society are based on a missing understanding of the people and the environment and I sure we could have prevented them and the loss of resources if we would have talked to the people before.

The picture we have comes mostly from the media, television, radios newspaper and all the other they have one problem in common, they try to sell. They don’t show you the wh*** picture they only show what they think they can sell best to their customers. The picture in this article (sorry don’t have English source for this picture but the picture alone is very good) shows this very good and even this picture and even this article is made by a news company.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
