A new awareness for consumption has led to a new perspective in eating.
People all around the world understood that consuming oil to get fruit out of season or meat from another hemisphere is really not worthy.
So, year after year, people understood the value of eating local food. So, in March 2020, I'm eating some artichokes fried in olyve oil, and a piece of stewed sheep.
To tell the truth: I'm saying that because i live in a small town. In a huge megalopolis this would be really harder. A cleverer approach like the one outlined above would be impossible in cities which span for hundreds of chilometers. City gardens and small stockbreeding (poultry, for example) can do something, but current situation is not sustainable.
