A crash course in changing the world.
During my search on the internet for social entrepreneurs, inventing solutions for energy problems, i found an interesting article about Gyanesh Pandey from India. He grew up in the poorest indian state, but studied in the US and had an brilliant idea, how he could help the people in his homeland.
His idea is simple: He uses the mostly thrown-away empty rice husks, that are a waste product of rice harvesting.
The idea is very simple, but that's just the point for Pandey. In his opinion, the easiest way to provide the people with energy in such poor areas is to use those materials, that are already available for them.

It is really great idea! I found the same during my search :)
